How long does shipping take?
All products are handmade to order.
Processing time:3–15 business days
Shipping time:
• United States: 10–25 business days
• Other countries: 15–25 business days
In some cases, additional time may be required due to customs clearance.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, tracking information will be provided.
Please note that tracking may not update immediately. For certain shipping routes, updates will appear after the package reaches the transit hub (such as Italy or another transfer country).
This is normal for specialized shipping lines. Once updated, you will be able to track your package normally.

What is your return policy?
Due to the handmade and customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns without valid reasons.
However, we will provide a refund or replacement if:

• The item is significantly different from the description

• After 6 hours: may incur a 20% restocking fee
