Processing & Delivery Time

Handling Time (Handmade to Order)

  • 7 – 15 business days
  • Orders are handcrafted after purchase
  • Fulfillment days: Monday – Friday

Note:
Some high-performance or complex swords may require additional crafting time depending on the difficulty of the design.


Transit Time (Estimated)

  • United States Orders:
    10 – 25 business days (Shipped Mon–Fri)
  • Non-US / International Orders:

15 – 25 business days (Shipped Mon–Fri)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and carrier conditions.


Shipping Rules & Important Notes

  • Most orders begin production within 24 hours after payment confirmation.
  • Orders are typically shipped within 1–2 business days after production is completed.
  • Custom orders may require 25–30 business days depending on craftsmanship complexity.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, customs, or other external factors.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Once production or shipping has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.
  • Orders already shipped cannot be recalled or redirected.
  • Returned items must be sent to our designated warehouse after delivery.

Tracking

  • A tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped.
  • Tracking updates depend on the carrier’s system and may experience delays.

Shipping Limitations

  • We do not ship to:
    • APO / FPO addresses

    • PO Boxes

    • Puerto Rico or US outlying territories

  • Local pickup is not available.

International Orders & Customs

  • International customers (non-US) are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
  • International orders may be subject to customs inspection, delay, or confiscation depending on local regulations.
  • BoxKatana is not responsible for items held, rejected, or destroyed by customs authorities.

Address Accuracy & Liability

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
  • We are not liable for packages lost or misdelivered due to incorrect address information.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be redirected or retrieved.
  • We do not issue refunds for lost, stolen, uninsured, or confiscated packages. No exceptions.
