Refund policy

Due to the customized and handcrafted nature of our products, returns or exchanges for reasons such as personal preference or change of mind are not accepted.

Please read the policy carefully before placing an order.


Return Eligibility

We only accept returns or refunds under the following conditions:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item has a manufacturing defect
  • The item is significantly different from the product description

To process your request, we may require photos, videos, or other documentation as evidence to help us verify the issue and provide an appropriate solution.


Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of placement for a full refund.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted by email.

After 6 hours:

  • Orders may already be prepared, packaged, or transferred to the handmade production point.
  • A 20% restocking fee may apply.
  • Additional fees may include packaging costs and round-trip transportation fees to the production facility.

Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.


Return Window (Quality Issues Only)

  • Returns for quality or craftsmanship issues must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.

Item Condition for Returns

Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Item must be in NEW, unused condition
  • Returned with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and inserts
  • Shipped to the designated warehouse address provided by our support team

Items that do not meet these conditions will be rejected and returned to the customer.


Restocking Fees

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to customer-initiated cancellations after 6 hours.
  • No restocking fee applies to defective or damaged products.

Return Reasons & Responsibility

Customer Responsibility (Remorse / Change of Mind)

  • Cancellation within 6 hours: Free
  • Cancellation after 6 hours:
  1. 20% restocking fee
  2. Packaging and transportation fees to the handmade production point

Returns due to personal preference, incorrect use, or buyer remorse are not accepted once production begins.


Defective or Damaged Items

  • If a manufacturing defect is confirmed and reported within 30 days:
  1. Return shipping is free
  2. We will cover item cost and original shipping cost
  • Issues reported after 30 days are not eligible for return or refund

Craftsmanship & Quality Guarantee

If you experience a verified craftsmanship or quality issue, we will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the item
  • Replace the item
  • Issue a refund

This guarantee does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, modification, sharpening, improper assembly, or disassembly
  • Normal variations in color, measurements, or minor design details inherent to handcrafted products

All product descriptions are provided as accurately as possible. Any remedy for unintentional errors in description, pricing, or availability is at our sole discretion.


Additional Return Rules

  • We may ask the buyer to perform reasonable testing to rule out improper use.
  • Refunds or replacements are processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • We strongly recommend using a return service with a tracking number.
  • Items returned outside the allowed timeframe may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except in confirmed cases of defects or our error.
